Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Product images, including mockups, are intended to represent the product but may not perfectly reproduce the appearance of the finished physical item.

BASIC PLANE products are made to order. Product descriptions, availability, designs, colors, sizes, pricing, and other details may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Please review your product selection, size, color, quantity, and shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Because BASIC PLANE products are made to order and orders may be submitted for production automatically, cancellation or modification may not be possible once production has begun.

If you contact us promptly after ordering, we will attempt to accommodate a cancellation or change when possible, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after submission.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Any applicable charges will be shown during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and to pay all charges associated with an order you place.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

BASIC PLANE products are made to order and require production time before shipment.

Production and fulfillment typically take 2–4 business days. Shipping transit begins after an order has completed production and has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery dates shown during checkout or in order communications are estimates and are not guarantees.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, product availability, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The BASIC PLANE website and its original content, including designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, product presentation, logos, and other brand materials, may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, or commercially exploit BASIC PLANE content or designs without permission from the applicable rights holder.

References in these Terms to BASIC PLANE names, logos, designs, or other brand identifiers do not represent a statement that any particular mark is federally registered.

Shopify and other third-party names, logos, products, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may provide access to tools, functionality, payment services, fulfillment services, or other services provided by third parties.

BASIC PLANE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made from this store are transactions directly between you and BASIC PLANE. Shopify is not the seller of BASIC PLANE products and is not responsible for the products purchased from BASIC PLANE.

Your use of Shopify-related functionality may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and privacy practices.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our published Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, process transactions, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, and provide related services.

If an order is canceled after payment because of an error on our part, the applicable payment will be refunded.
