Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

Each BASIC PLANE product is made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or other customer ordering errors.

Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, size, or color due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. In certain circumstances, a refund may be offered instead.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery refusal, or another issue outside our control, additional charges may apply to reproduce or reship the order.

Please contact us promptly if tracking indicates that your package is being returned.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders are submitted for production automatically and may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate the request if production has not begun, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
